Brethren, 1946

 File — Box: 1 of 8, Folder: 25

Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

The Bulk of this collection focuses on Elizabeth Adams' involvement in the WWII relief effort, as well as documenting her years at Skidmore College. It is recorded that Elizabeth Adams organized her files in 1989 for their donation to Skidmore College in 1997. The personal papers organized by Adams have been mostly kept in their original order. Other Folders, (example 36-42) were created because of the stray papers in between files. An effort has been made to keep their original placement in the series. Photographs, newspaper and magazine clippings have been organized chronologically. But in the case of the photographs, some have been filed under their professional photographer. Miscellaneous items have been organized by the genre of item.
